11:07:04 AM		Right now as I type this it's a little after 11:30 am eastern on Wed 11-22-2023.

Currently, the Scratches and Changes XML file at the Equibase site contains scratches and changes for yesterday 11-21-2023 instead of today 11-22-2023.

I've notified Equibase and asked them to have their developers take a look and get back to me.

Until they get it fixed you have two options:

A. Scratch Parser:
  1. Log into the HDW site

  2. Select Today's Scratches and Changes Link

  3. Click the GO button to display Scratches

  4. Click the PARSE button to parse today's Scratches from the text file at the HDW site.

  5. Do the same for Surf-Dist Changes (although there don't appear to be any surf-dist changes as I type this.)


B. The Manual Changes Module



I'll come back to this thread and post an update once I hear back from Equibase.

11:14:02 AM		CDX R4 is now Off the Turf and will be run on the Dirt at 8f.

12:45:15 PM		As of about 1:10 pm eastern on Wed 11-22-2023 Equibase appears to have fixed the issue.

Scratches and changes are propagating to the xml once again.
