Ron Tiller at HDW called me a little after 6:00 pm eastern Tues 07-11-2023 to tell me they accidentally put up bad links on the HDW download server.

For a few hours the download links pointed to J*.ZIP files for 07-12-2022 instead of J*.ZIP files for 07-12-2023.

(Last year's files instead of this year's files.)

If you downloaded bad files and you have a current version JCapper program with an IE/WinInet Clear Cache option on the HDW File Mgr Menu:

1. To be on the safe side, manually delete J*.ZIP files and .JCP files for 07-12-2023 from your current active data folder.

2. Bring up the HDW File Mgr.

3. Click Menu and select IE/WinInet Clear Cache.

4. Hit the Queue Data Files button and redownload Data Files for 07-12-2023.

5. Run a JCP File Build Routine for 07-12-2023. The files should process in the normal manner.

That's It!

If you think you downloaded bad files and you have an older version JCapper program that does not have an IE/WinInet Clear Cache option on the HDW File Mgr Menu:

Here are links to V4 HDW J.ZIP files for the races of 07-12-2023:

ASD0712J.ZIP
BTP0712J.ZIP
CBY0712J.ZIP
DEL0712J.ZIP
FL0712J.ZIP
FMT0712J.ZIP
HAW0712J.ZIP
IND0712J.ZIP
MNR0712J.ZIP
PEN0712J.ZIP
PHA0712J.ZIP
PID0712J.ZIP
TDN0712J.ZIP

Install Instructions:

1. To be on the safe side, manually delete J*.ZIP files and .JCP files for 07-12-2023 from your current active data folder.

2. Save these 2023 J*.ZIP files to your current active data folder overwriting any bad (2022) files that you may have downloaded.

3. Bring up the HDW File Mgr and run a JCP File Build Routine for 07-12-2023.

The files should process in the normal manner.

That's It!
