In report reader the HTML 1 has all the tracks from 3/03/2011 on it always. I have to use HTML 2 to view the reports. How do I clear this? Thank You Chris

Yes I am clearing the card loader. loading the cards for the day. Then calc my cards and the 03/03/2011 still sits in HTML 1. I am sure it is something I am not seeing. Thank You Chris

Calc Races behavior... explained:

I. Two methods to run Calc Races routines:

1. Clicking the primary Calc Races button - 7th row down from the top looking at the buttons stack on the Main Module.

2. Selecting a single card from the loaded cards drop down on the far left of the Main Module - followed by either:

a. Selecting a single race from the races drop down and clicking the Calc Single Race button.

b. Clicking the Calc Single Card button.

If you are running a Calc Races on using method 1 above, and the Report Viewer is pointed at the target folder containing the card files you are running the Calc Races for: Then you will see the html report for those cards when you click the HTML One button in the Report Viewer.

It is possible to replicate what you are describing by using method 2 above to drive Calc Races routines followed by clicking the HTML One button in the Report Viewer.

Keep in mind that that:

1. Method 1 above relates to the HTML One and Text One buttons on the Report Viewer. Method 1 above relates to the Report_1.html, AtAPrice.txt, and Plays.csv files created on your current target folder when a Calc Races routine is run.

2. Method 2 above relates to the HTML Two and Text Two buttons on the Report Viewer. Method 2 above relates to the Report_2.html, AtAPrice2.txt, and Plays2.csv files created on your current target folder when a Calc Races routine is run.

II. Target Folder considerations:

1. The DFM (Data Folder Manager) enables the user to toggle back and forth between multiple target folders.

2. When you hit a Calc Races button, the Calc Races routine is run on the current (checked) target folder persisted in the DFM.

3. When the Report Viewer is launched, it auto points at the current (checked) target folder persisted in the DFM. When one of the report buttons is clicked in the Report Viewer, the report generated will come from the last Calc Races routine run on the (checked) target folder persisted in the DFM at the time the current instance of the Report Viewer was launched.

It is possible to replicate what you are describing by clicking the HTML One button in an instance of the Report Viewer that was launched at a time when a different/previous target folder was checked/persisted in the DFM.

Hint: If you suspect this as the cause, x-out of the Report Viewer, double check/reset your target folder in the DFM - and re-launch the Report Viewer.
