Jeff,

My HTML report shows the winner, Lisa Lulu #6, being ranked second for late consensus but when I run the data window it shows her being ranked first.

Can you check this and let me know what you think happened?

Thanks,
Tom C

Not sure Tom... I've got her 1st in Late Consensus on both the HTML Report and in the Data Window (using an HDW file built as a Silver file in Enhanced Settings.)

HTML Report:
HTML Report

Data Window:
Data Window

EDIT: No matter what the data file (or settings used to build it) barring scratches, the numbers for the horse should be the same on the HTML Report as they are in the Data Window.

If you email in a copy of your data file I will take a closer look.

Jeff,

I have just sent the data file.

My HTML reports show the same #1 Late Consensus rankings as yours for races 1 through 3 but have Good Friday Gal #4 in the 4th race and Patriotic Soldier #7 in the 5th race ranked as number one, which is different than the HTML report you emailed me.

Is using BRIS files instead of HDW files the difference?

Sorry,

I meant the reports you posted in your previous message on the message board.

Jeff,

I apologize for not checking this before, but I have just run the data window with a Late Consensus rank 1 UDM and the individual plays breakout shows that more than one horse can be ranked first but the rankings on the bottom of the HTML report does not indicate that.

Sorry to have wasted your time on this.

Tom, Gotcha.

The race summary at the bottom of the report shows horse saddle cloth numbers for each category in order of rank... rank 1 to the left, ranks 2,3,4 to the right.

In the event two or more horses are tied in rank, the saddle cloth numbers within that rank are displayed inner-most post first and outer-most post next.

Example:

Early Consensus
Horse #1.... 80
Horse #2.... 83
Horse #3.... 83
Horse #4.... 90

Saddle cloth numbers for Early Consensus would be shown like this:

4-2-3-1
