After i propagate/created a UPR, should i hit the save button at the bottom of the upr tool?
Also when i want to add/change factor to an already created UPR. what is the exact procedure.

If you used the Propagate button to create a set of multiple entries (as shown in the video) then NO - There is NO NEED to hit the Save button afterwards as the Propagate button has already saved the set of multiple entries that you just created.
The Save button on the left side of the interface is used to Save changes to the single record displayed on the left side of the interface.
To add a new record to an existing Groupname:
1. Launch the ImpactValues Table Wizard by clicking the ImpactValues Table Wizard button on the System Settings Interface.
2. In the ImpactValues Table Wizard, use the Groupname drop down to select the Groupname you wish to work with. This will cause the interface to go to the very first record for that Groupname and display the entries for that record on the left side of the interface.
3. Use the NEXT, BACK, FIRST, or LAST buttons to page through the records for that Groupname until you come to one similar enough to the new record that you want to create so that it can be "cloned."
4. With the entry to be cloned in front of you, click the CLONE button. This will engage the Create New Record Sequence - meaning that from here the next time you hit the Save button a new record will be created (instead of the default behavior for the Save button which is to save edits/changes to the current record.)
5. Edit the new record in front of you. Change data items such as factor name, surface, distance, impact values, etc.
6. When you are satisfied with the data items for the new record, hit the Save button - and the interface will create the new record for you by persisting the entries described by the data fields on the left side of the interface to the table.
Note: If at any point in time you decide that you DO NOT WANT TO go forward with the clone operation, you can abort simply by hitting the Next, Back, First, or Last buttons.
Note: Alternately, you can use the NEW button to engage the Create New Record Sequence - the difference being that when you use the New buttton instead of the Clone button you have to manually key in entries for ALL of the required fields. Using the Clone button makes things easier because the required fields will be pre-populated for you.
