                      -- HDW Text Charts Files - question about time of day downloaded

"Hi Jeff,
I'm considering an hdw data subscription. Question: Would it matter what time of day hdw's text charts files are downloaded? How would JCapper handle things if I downloaded charts in the middle of the day while racing at some tracks is still underway? Could there ever be a case where an hdw text charts file might contain races 1-4 on a 9 race card? If so, how would JCapper account for the missing races?

"Nope, chart files are made only after race card is complete (or all races accounted for, like cancellations) and the races pass our data validation checks. The idea being that when you see the chart is available, you know it is complete and the data has passed our QC checks - no possibility of various customers getting different data files because they downloaded them in various states of construction, no wondering if they got the complete chart or not."
