| By | SAR for 8/31 result file? | |
| kingfish 9/1/2009 12:42:51 PM | Try to extract result file for 8/31 sar. I am procaps user. For some reason I was able to save the file but not able to open it. Does someone have a working exotic result file for 8/31 sar. Sent email to tsn about the problem. Just covering my bases in case tsn doesn't do anything. Was not happy with my previous experience with tsn customer service. kingfish

| jeff 9/1/2009 2:11:59 PM | Have you tried deleting the zip file and then re-downloading? Every once in a blue moon a file becomes damaged during transmission. -jp .

| kingfish 9/1/2009 6:01:02 PM | Tsnhorse finally fixed the result file. I was able to finally download the file. Never did receive response from tsnhorse about why it happened. kingfish
