When building UPR or a UDM do you guys use data from the current meet or do you use all of the data you have available for a track? At what point do you think data is too stale to use? I have 3 years of data for all tracks and was just wondering if it is worth it to keep the previous years data.
Personally I have found that using the current meet data is more accurate because the tracks change so much meet to meet.
The only drawback I see to using the current meet data is there doesn't seem to be enough data to feel 'comfortable' with scenarios I've uncovered unless the track runs a pretty extensive yearly meet.
I would be interested to hear how everyone else handles 'old' data vs current meet data.

I like to use at least a year's worth of data. I'll then look at older data to make sure if doesn't look terrible. Then I'll track it for a while going forward, to make sure it's holding up.
