Lets say you want to eliminate form Cycle #4 from a UDM, and keep all the other Form Cyles active. How can that be done?

I see Form Cycle Mins and maxs in the preset filters :

FCYCLEMAX00 avoid form cycle > 0
FCYCLEMAX09 avoid form cycle > 9
FCYCLEMIN00 avoid form cycle < 0
FCYCLEMIN09 avoid form cycle < 9

But not sure how to avoid just the Form Cycle #4, unless 2 UDM's are created.

You'll need to use two UDMs. They can be identical in every other aspect (clones of each other) except for the FCYCLE preset filters.
