1:34:07 AM		Couldn't find this one in the UDM factors, filters, or in the profile table. Where's it hiding?

You can add it to a Udm by going to the factor dropdown in the Udm Wizard, select filters, then click the preset filter Tool and from the Preset Filters dropdown select either RCY for Yes or RCN for No.
