I've done it once, but can't remember how now.

I am trying to save a data window query to .txt.

Specifically I am running all my udm's to one specific track. I would also like to run all udm's BY TRACK.

Would someone be kind enough to walk me through the steps? I must be getting the order of steps wrong, because I can't seem to get it to work.

Thank you so much,

Doug

Just highlight the text displayed in the Data Window's text box...

Drag your mouse cursor over the text you want to capture... or shift-dwn arrow... or Ctrl-A...

Then Copy (Ctrl-C) the highlighted text onto the Windows ClipBoard...

And Paste (Ctrl-V) into an open instance of Notepad or some other text editor... and Save to file from there.

Or...

Hit the Data Window's SAVE button... and use the dialog box that pops up to provide a name and folder location for the file you are about to save.
