Jeff,
I know you have answered this question several times in previous posts but does this refer to class shift (using purse value) or class shift (par vs race strength)? Sorry for the question again but I cannot find the other post(s) where you addressed this question.

Here are the class based factor handles available to you when creating UPR and UserFactors:



Handle           Description
--------------------------------------------------------------
CLASSCOMPOS      class rating based on par for the level
CLSHIFT2         class shift based on par and race strength
CONSISTENCY      class rating based on earnings
RACESTRENGTH     class rating based on race strength
