You have to identify the races that'll have will pays.
And there's a bit of daily maintenance work involved.
But it's possible.
Suppose for the sake of argument your definition of will pays is double will pays (not pick3, pick4, pick5, etc.)
For tracks with rolling doubles the only race without a will pay is R1.
For tracks with that situation, for example today's 12-03-2025 MVR card:
And doing this entirely from inside of a UDM:
You could add a track-race constraint to a UDM like this: AND NOT (TRACK='MVR' AND RACE=1)
And of course the daily maintenance part would be looking at the wager list for the next MVR card and making sure nothing has changed as relates to races where doubles are offered.
For tracks that don't offer rolling doubles you need to look the card over and identify races where doubles are offered. And from there, add a track-race constraint excluding races without will pays.
Using today's 12-03-2025 RPX card as an example, doubles are offered in R1 and R8 only.
That means R1 and R3 through R8 are not going to have double will pays.
For that situation:
And doing this entirely from inside of a UDM:
You could add a track-race constraint to a UDM like this: AND NOT (TRACK='RPX' AND RACE=1) AND NOT (TRACK='RPX' AND RACE BETWEEN 3 AND 8)
And of course the daily maintenance part would be looking at the wager list for the next RPX card and making sure nothing has changed as relates to races where doubles are offered.
Fyi, UDMs can have multiple track-race constraints, and placement of parenthesis characters is crucial:
For example: AND NOT (TRACK='MVR' AND RACE=1)
AND NOT (TRACK='RPX' AND RACE=1) AND NOT (TRACK='RPX' AND RACE BETWEEN 3 AND 8)
