| Caveat 6/23/2013 9:42:26 AM | Anything factor similar to a basic APV (Average purse Value) that was developed many moons ago? Reason is that sometimes I scratch my head when I compare horses that ran is higher level races and the class consensus shows the opposite.. thxs mike
