The name of the .exe file for the Profile Table Interface is: c:\JCapper\Exe\ProfileTableLauncher.exe
It's possible that the .exe file didn't copy properly during your most recent program install. Rather than go through a full program install, take a look in your c:\JCapperBuild folder. If you can see a file by the name of ProfileTableLauncher.exe sitting in your c:\JCapperBuild folder, try copying it to your c:\JCapper\Exe folder.
FYI, the Profile Table Interface uses something called a "Microsoft Grid Control" and was JCapper's original interface for creating UDMs (back in 2003-2004.)
About that same time a group of hackers figured out how to exploit the Grid Control so they could use it to make entries to the Windows Registry. Microsoft's reaction was to simply pull the dlls needed to render the Grid Control as part of Windows builds for new machines. (The "cannot initialize data bindings" message that many of us experience is Microsoft's way of saying we didn't ship the dlls needed for the Grid Control when we made the Windows build we gave the manufacturer of your machine.)
However, the needed dlls can be registered. And once you do that - The Profile Table Interface CAN still be used to create and modify UDMs...
But...
In my opinion the superior interface for everything UDMs is the UDM Wizard. (I haven't used the Profile Table Interface at my end to create or modify a UDM in years.)
That said, if you want to enable the Profile Table Interface on your machine, here's a link to an older thread that (first) goes into the relevant background info - and then (second) lays out the specific procedure needed to register the required dlls: http://www.jcapper.com/MessageBoard/TopicReader.asp?topic=804&forum=Downloads
