jeff 8/12/2012 1:00:08 PM | Link to a 4 part web tutorial... Using the SQL Factor Setup Wizard to create and persist entries that define the sql factor setup and customizable sql mode html report layout: http://www.jcapper.com/Article_AddJRating.html
To display the race summary below each race on the html report:
1. On the Main Module, click System Settings.
2. On the System Settings Interface, click System Definitions.
3. On the User Sys Defs Screen, in the HTML Report area, check the box labeled "Display Race Summary" and hit the Save button.
The new settings will take effect the next time you run a Sql Calc Races - and you should see the race summary displayed on the html report beneath the table for each race.

If you want your html output to match mine (exactly) you should persist the following settings in the Enhanced Settings Module:
• Setting: HDW Downloaded File Version persist as: 1 HDW JCapper V4 File Screenshot - click here -
Key points about this setting :
• This setting controls the file type (V3 or V4) that is downloaded from the HDW site when you use the HDW File Download Tool available in the JCapper HDW File Mgr module.
• This setting has zero impact when you use a web browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) to download files from the HDW site. To get the desired file type you MUST do the following:
1. Persist the desired setting in the Enhanced Settings Module.
2. Launch and use the Download Tool in the JCapper HDW File Mgr module to download your files.
• Setting: JCP File Build Mode persist as: 1 Build as JCP Silver File Screenshot - click here -
Key points about this setting :
• The screenshot says it all.
I recommend that you use persist this setting as 1 Build as JCP Silver File even if you are a Platinum customer.
I also recommend that you persist the companion HDW Downloaded File Version as: 1 HDW JCapper V4 File.
Using the two settings together will enable you to download V4 files from HDW and build your JCP files in a way that you get ALL of the newer data items HDW has added to the JCapper File Spec (at my request) over the years.
Failure to do this means that your .JCP files will be limited to the data items as they existed at the time when HDW first began producing JCapper files in March 2010.
Q. I have been downloading V4 files, but my settings are such that I have been building my .jcp files as V3 files instead of V4 files. What do I have to do in order to get V4 data content into my databases?
A. If you have been downloading V4 files, but have been building JCP files as if they were V3 files because your JCP File Build Mode setting has been persisted as 0 Build as JCP Platinum File instead of 1 Build as JCP Silver File - be aware that merely changing the file build type setting doesn't change data content sitting in already built .JCP files and JCapper databases.
Here are the steps you would need to take to get V4 data content into your JCapper databases:
1. Persist the right setting - Launch the Enhanced Settings Module and persist your JCP File Build Mode setting as: 1 Build as JCP Silver File. Make sure you hit the Save button afterwards. (Consider relaunching the module and double-checking your work.)
2. You need to rebuild .JCP Files - Use the HDW File Mgr module's File Build Filter Tool to rebuild .JCP files on folders for specific time periods where you want V4 data content to make it into your databases. (Note that HDW first started producing V4 data files on or about June 28, 2010.)
3. Rebuild Databases From Scratch - Use the Database Builder to rebuild folders/databases for the specific time periods involved.
