Are there tracks which HDW data doesn't cover?

I downloaded all the HDW files available today, and I could not find EVD for today to create a card.

Quarter horse racing at EVD now. Thoroughbreds are at DED (Delta Downs). Any tips on Delta would be much much appreciated. Strange things happen there (and EVD). Are there any patterns.

I find these tracks hard to cap. I have found my best luck with jcapper at AQU and HAW.

HDW covers EVERY track in North America where racing for thoroughbreds is conducted.

(They do not produce data for Quarter Horses, Arabians, Appaloosas, Ostriches, Wiener Dogs, etc.)
