| Windoor 10/10/2011 9:24:54 PM | Just a big thank-you to Jeff for allowing me to use the new “User Factor” to tag for specific claiming races. Not only that, but he spends about 45 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I understand how to set it up to work as I require. This it going to save me a lot of time and Hard drive space for the way I do my research. This level of customer service is unheard of today and makes be proud to be a member of this community. For any who have read my posts on the other boards, you know I preach the value of patience and discipline above all other things, but once you get past that, you need to find a good spot to make your wagers. The ability to “Divide by Seven” within J/Capper has just gotten a lot better (IMHO) with the inclusion of this feature. If you have not tried it yet, I highly recommend that you do.
