| bill2010 7/31/2011 10:54:22 AM | hi everyone---woke was going to donwload today data files from hdw couldn't log in,e-mail ron 2 let him know.anyone has this problem.so i try 2 fix but i can't...so i going 2 do a recovery on my p.c.making back up so i hope i wont lose any files and my udm-----so jeff here my ? can some day can u make a back-up button on jcapper......bill

| jeff 7/31/2011 11:33:46 AM | Woke up a few minutes ago. Walked across the street and came back with a 20 oz cup of coffee (decaf?... umm that would be no.) Sat down, hit the HDW button, queued files, synched to disc, downloaded, and now building jcp files... Everything (JCapper-wise) appears to be working at this end. You might want to retry. If you still can't log in, contact HDW directly (both phone and email.) -jp .
