   Hints: 

   Paste the entire command line (including quote characters) into the Target Box of your Shortcut:

   The /affinity 01 command causes the process to be run on Processor CPU 0 on one of my older Win 7 
   machines that has four core processors numbered: CPU 0, CPU 1, CPU 2, and CPU 3.

   You may want to use an /affinity command other than /affinity 01 on newer machines that have more
   (a lot more) than four core processors.

   JCapper is a 32 bit app. To get optimal performance out of 32 bit apps, including JCapper Modules, 
   I recommend you them on no more that two core processors. 

   To allocate the most CPU time to 32 bit apps shoot for the highest numbered two core processors.
