JCapper Video SQL Mode Setting User System Definitions Screen JCapper Video
The SQL Mode Setting on the User System Definitions Screen
This video shows Using the SQL Mode Setting on the User System Definitions Screen to switch back and forth between SQL Mode and Playlist File Mode.

Maximize the Player to Watch & hit the Escape key to shrink afterwards

Bring up the User Sys Defs Screen, check the SQL Mode box, and click Save to operate JCapper in SQL Mode.

From there, JCapper will run in SQL Mode. In SQL Mode everthing is driven by user defined SQL expressions that you key out and save. You can embed a lot of your thought processes into SQL expressions including math. But there is a learning curve and you need at least some understanding of the SQL programming language. (TSQL for Microsoft Access.)

In Playlist File Mode everything is driven by selections you make from drop downs. For example: factor numeric value, rank, and gap while creating UDMs in the UDM Wizard. Playlist File Mode is easier because you don't need to know anything about the SQL programming language.
