Thurs 05-02-2024 If you're wondering why Scratch BOT isn't pulling scratches and changes from the XML it's because Equibase changed the track_name in the XML from Aqueduct to Belmont At The Big A. Steps for getting Scratch BOT to parse the xml for AQU this time around: 1. Bring up Scratch BOT and click the Track Abbr button to launch the Track Abbreviations Table Interface. 2. On the Track Abbreviations Table Interface key AQU (the first three letters of the data file) into the Find box and click the Find button to pull up the current entry for AQU. 3. Change the Track_Name in the Notes field to match the track_name Equibase has in the XML. In this case the track_name is "BELMONT AT THE BIG A" (without the quotes.) 4. Double check your work and hit the Save button. That's It! Revised screenshot 05-04-2024:  • Correct entries (if you are using HDW data) to persist in the Track Abbreviations Table Interface for the AQU 2024 Fall Meet: Track Code: AQU Tote Code: AQU Notes: BELMONT AT THE BIG A • The rules: 1. Persist the first 3 characters of the data file name to the Track Code and Tote Code fields. 2. Persist the track_name displayed in the xml to the Notes field.
