--Main Module Rel Date 2005:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity 01 "C:\JCapper\exe\JCapper_2005.exe" 


--Main Module Rel Date 2023:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity 01 "C:\JCapper\exe\JCapper_2023.exe"

  Hint: 
  Look at the filename for the Main Module .exe file on your C:\JCapper\exe\ folder.
  For current program versions the correct filename for the command text is JCapper_ 
  followed by a four digit year code followed by the file extension .exe
